Join in community with like-minded creatives for a heart-opening week of creative rejuvenation, connecting to nature, nourishing your soul, and moving your body. Start the day grounding yourself with Yoga and meditation from a 500h Costa Rican Yoga teacher. In the afternoons, engage in writing workshops from a WGA Award-nominated writer and University lecturer — or opt for free writing time in the beautiful beachside jungle of Nosara. We will focus on deep healing through moving out of our heads and into our bodies, and through cultivating a space to push past fear and connect to our creative core.
