Aerial Breathwork and Reiki

Aerial Breathwork and Reiki – in this hour we breathe while floating in the womb of the hammock, allowing for reiki touch top and bottom. The container allows for deeper trust, exploration and shifts.

Aerial Silk & Hoop - Adults & Kids Classes

Aerial silks are a combination of different artistic and sports disciplines that combine contemporary dance with circus arts, acrobatics, ballet and theater. It is performed suspended in the air using climbing, mountaineering and gymnastic techniques. Join this fun and challenging class to improve your physical fitness and body language. All levels welcomed.

Aerial Yoga - Adults & Kids Classes

A unique style of yoga that uses a hammock apparatus as a support tool to allow the body a little more ease into a deeper stretch.  The inversions support the body completely while allowing the spine to decompress, as well as allowing the blood and lymph to circulate a little more fluidly.

The kids classes build strength and confidence, the consistent gripping techniques help connect the left and right hemispheres of the brain while the inversions allow their developing spines to realign and lengthen.  The aerial hammock cocoons one in shavasana and the gentle rock lulls the body and mind into complete relaxation. All levels welcomed.

All Levels Yoga

Suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. This class incorporates a plethora of variations, making it doable for those who wish for more ease and challenging for those who want to play with their edge. Expect a combination of moving with breath and detailed alignment instruction. Prerequisites: an open mind and heart.

Animal Flow

A ground based movement class designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility and coordination. Working on the fundamental practices at the beginning of class and finishing with a flow combining all the fundamental movements together.

Ashtanga

Ashtanga is a very dynamic and athletic form of hatha yoga, made up of six series or levels, with a fixed order of postures. It is rooted in vinyasa, the flowing movements between postures, with a focus on energy and breath. While it is a very physical practice, it also promotes mental clarity and inner peace.

Awakening Yoga
Awakening Yoga is a combination of Vinyasa Flow and mobility work.
The goal is to touch as many parts of the body to create a better understanding for our physical structure, as well as joint and bone health. We practice a set sequence and repeat each sequence a couple of times to promote safety, explore deeper variations if wanted and drop into a state of meditation. This is a physical strong class and open to all levels.
Bodyrolling

What is MYofascial Bodyrolling?

A self care deep tissue massage therapy that utilizes a variety of balls specific to targeting different areas of the body. Using our own body weight to roll on the balls we target specific lines and areas to release and relax tight muscles, tendons, ligaments and the myofascial tissue. Over time you will improve your range of motion, eliminate pain and leave each class with renewed energy and optimum health.

Breathwork and Reiki

Breathwork and Reiki is a guided practice using open mouth, circular connected breath in a safe-created container. The supportive experience releases stress and allows for greater clarity, presence and ease, while transforming old beliefs and patterns that create limits or suffering. When experiencing trust and freedom in the breath and body, new insights and choices become known. Intuitive reiki assists in the shifts and releases.

Creative Flow

Creative Flow is a fiery practice incorporating yoga, dance and primal movement. Each week we explore a new sequence that weaves, spirals and moves in and out of the floor, using repetition to integrate into our muscles memory. The end result is a seamless, sweaty, creative moving meditation.

Detox Core Flow

A vinyasa flow class focusing on core, twists and back bands to detoxify, oxygenate and massage the internal organs.

Students can expect to start with a floor sequence of spinal twists and core work then move through a few sun salutations to get warm and sweaty.  Students will then move through some standing postures, interspersed with seated or lying- down poses, engaging the abdomen several times throughout the practice. The last part of class will be floor based stretches ending with a relaxing meditative shavasana.

The goal is to stimulate the detoxification process within the body, which includes the digestive, lymphatic and circulatory systems. And of course the detoxification
of the skin through sweat.

Dynamic Flow

Dynamic Flow is the perfect way to kick start your day. Expect to move your body through functional movement patterns with interesting & challenging transitions, build strength and mobility and end with a glorious rest in Savasana.

Elemental Rhythm Breath Work

This class has the potential to change the student’s life in a single session. Using movement to start of the class to shake and release any tension, students start to loosen up and are then guided through 4 rounds of earth, water, air and fire breath work. A guided meditation follows while the instructor plays instruments and sings. The class ends with a sharing circle where people can choose to speak about their experience.

Elemental Rhythm breath work is a unique journey allowing the participant to explore the deepest levels of themselves, which some people have even compared to being more powerful/impact-full than a psychedelic experience. Prepare to target the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of yourself. The only way to truly understand is to attend a session and live the magic.

Essentrics Class

Essentrics rebalances your body by dynamically stretching and strengthening all your muscles and taking your joints through their full range of motion. You will explore all planes of movement with large, full-body exercises that are methodically developed and sequenced to increase your flexibility, tone your muscles, relieve pain, improve your posture, and decompress your joints. Best of all, they feel amazing.

Inspired by the flowing movements of Tai Chi, the lengthened strength of ballet, and the restorative techniques from physiotherapy, this class is good for: surf activation and recovery, complementing your yoga and high intensity training, rehabilitation from pain and injury. Low impact for your joints, set to a fun playlist.

Fascia Yoga

Fascia Yoga is a practice that specifically targets the fascia, a connective tissue in the body. Through slow and intentional movements, supported by props, this style of yoga aims to release tension, improve flexibility, and enhance overall mobility by targeting the fascial network. By incorporating mindful stretches and poses, Fascia Yoga supports the health and elasticity of the fascia, promoting a sense of openness and suppleness throughout the body.

Flow & Restore

This unique yoga class offers both vinyasa and restorative elements. The first part of the class is a flow connecting breath with movement. The final part of class shifts to a restorative meditative style with chakra healing elements. The goal of the class is to find peace in stillness and transition into deeper relaxation. Through pranayama and meditation students find balance and harmony. All levels welcomed.

Future Temple Guided Meditation (in the season)

In this multi sensory immersive experience using wireless headsets and binaural beats, students leave linear time to engage in an inner dialogue with their future self, the part of them that already has access to their future state. This can be helpful if students are working on a creative project or are pursuing an impact full dream that is bigger than them selves.

During these transformative times Future Temple instills a sense of possibility and inspiration. Enabling participants to actively engage in creating a better future for themselves while influencing outcomes and injecting a sense of hope into their community.

Gentle Breath Work

The gentle breath work session is for those that sometimes feel anxious, unmotivated or disconnected in the morning and for those that want to amplify their feelings of calmness, clarity and get energized at the start of the day. 

Starting of by breathing to a rhythm that will slowly drop the student into a parasympathetic state in order to create a foundation of calm. Next, balance will be incorporated between the parasympathetic and sympathetic systems through a second rhythm, and finally the third rhythm will amplify vibrations of love and gratitude, getting students ready for the day with a smile.

Guided Sound Journey

Dive deep into a meditative state to connect with your soul and build a relationship with your inner knowing in new and expansive ways. Adjustments made at this level can be profoundly transformative, including emotional healing and access into new states of awareness.

Hatha Yoga

A holistic journey encompassing meditation, pranayama, and asana practices. Begin with mindful meditation, grounding yourself in the present moment. Explore pranayama techniques, syncing breath with movement to cultivate vital life force energy. Transition into a series of asanas, focusing on alignment and embodied presence.

Hot Yoga
This class is designed to build strength, create balance and flexibility in the body and produce a detoxifying sweat. Class includes a set sequence of 26 postures, a standing series, a floor series and 2 breath exercises. This class is suitable for all levels, please come to class well hydrated.
Kundalini Rising

A curated experience that draws upon the mystery of mantra, meditation, mindfulness, and movement. Using a dynamic combination of pranayam, kriyas, mystic music, Aquarian arts, and traditional knowledge, each class offers a chance to create peace from chaos, release past pain from trauma, cultivate lasting happiness with inner resilience, radiate unconditional love and spiritual sovereignty. Modern Kundalini + Yin Yoga

Modern Kundalini is an empowering, detoxifying, and rejuvenating experience. Each class has a specific intention / Kriya ( Kriya means : Action). Students will sweat, breathe, move, strengthen and connect to their inner “Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo” (The Divine Infinite Wisdom Within).

Power Vinyasa

A dynamic class where poses are connected together seamlessly like a smooth melody. Students will flow from one asana into the next using the breath to guide the transitions connecting the mind to the physical movement. In addition, the breath helps students go deeper into the postures finding stronger alignment within each pose. The results are a graceful, mindful and flowing yoga experience.

This class starts with soft, gentle movements that build up to more advanced postures as the body opens and warms up. The gradual build up prevents injury and safely prepares the students for the more advanced and challenging postures.

The intensity and pace is kept up with a playful variety of sequences and combinations. No two classes are identical, and there will always be something new to challenge the student and to keep them engaged. Perfect for beginners and more advanced students alike, as students flow through the postures at whatever level works best for them.

Expect energized music, hands on assistance, a fun flow followed by calming breath work to wind down into a peaceful and well-deserved shavasana.

Prana : Bioenergetics + Breath

This unique fusion begins with bioenergetics to shake static energy from the auric field. You’ll then be guided through simple + activating pranayama techniques, followed by meditation + rest to integrate the new energies. You’ll leave feeling refreshed + present.

Pura Vida Yoga – Free Community Class

Pura Vida yoga is a combination of vinyasa principles with a free style, tropical aspect. Setting an intention in the beginning of class, students will work through the postures while transferring energy to their intentions within the physical practice. Perfect for surfers! All levels welcomed.

Subtle Body Yoga

Vinyasa Breathwork

Flow from one pose to another with focus on proper alignment. The class begins with breathing techniques, setting intentions, and connecting to the present moment. The breath is what connects the mind to the body through the movement, as every transition is made on an inhalation or an exhalation.

Students will learn useful tools for practicing different type of breath work such as Ujjai breath, Breath of Fire, Alternate nostrils with a better knowledge of when and why to use each one.  The end of class includes going through a guided down regulating breathing technique to shift the nervous system into parasympathetic response of rest and digest. The goal is to feel recharged energized and aligned. All levels welcomed.

Yin

Moving through a series of yin and restorative shapes designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and support the participant into a state of conscious rest and relaxation. Perfect for those looking to release tension, calm the mind and to simply melt into poses that are held for longer periods of time allowing the body to fully engage with stillness and tranquility. Time to slow down.

Yoga Flow (Level 1-2)

Yoga Flow is a vinyasa-style class designed to bring students out of the fluctuations of the mind and into a deeper connection with their body, breath, and spirit. The 60-minute class will incorporate asana (yoga postures and movement), pranayama (breathwork), and stillness/meditation. Some yoga experience is recommended.

Yoga & Pilates

A fusion of east and west, mental and physical, this class equilibrates strength with flexibility. Yoga and Pilates is a comprehensive practice that employs functional and intelligent movements to integrate breath, intention, body awareness, and alignment. All levels welcome.
