Root to Rise is a 7-day yoga retreat designed to help you let go of what no longer serves, return to your roots, and rise into your next chapter with clarity and strength. We’ll begin by softening and surrendering: practices that release tension from body and mind. Through our yoga flows, breathwork, meditation, and gentle ritual, we create space for deep rest and reflection. As the week unfolds, we shift toward renewal, planting seeds of intention with the New Moon on April 17.

The Reset is a seven day retreat in the heart of Nosara, Costa Rica for anyone who has been running on empty for too long. You will leave feeling grounded, clear and deeply restored with practices that actually work to recalibrate your nervous system, designed to meet you where you are so that you know how to come home to yourself. Led by Daphne Lyon, an integrative wellness coach, yoga and meditation teacher and breathwork guide who has spent nearly twenty years devoted to the practices that transform lives from the inside out. Intimate by design, just 10 guests, and deeply personal, with three private one-on-one sessions included for every participant. This retreat begins before you arrive and continues long after you return home.
- 7 nights accommodation at Norte Nosara

- Morning meditation | 6:30am daily
- Morning yoga practice | 7:00–8:30am daily
- Alternating afternoon Yoga Nidra and Integrated Breathwork | 2:00–3:00pm daily
